Your dashboard
Signing in lands you on your Overview — the dashboard for your account. It's built to answer, at a glance, the questions that matter most during a sale: am I about to lose something, where do I stand, what do I owe, and can I bid?
What's on it
- Closing soon — a short list of lots you're involved in that are about to close, with your position on each, so anything about to end is right at the top.
- What you owe — a summary of sales you've won and still have to pay for. Just after a sale closes this may be an estimate until your real invoice is raised.
- Open auctions — sales taking bids now, each marked with whether you're registered for it. That's the useful bit: it warns you if the sale closing tonight is one you haven't registered for yet, before you find out the hard way.
- Your bidding status — whether you're clear to bid, and if not, what's left to do (confirm your email, or add a card where a sale requires one).
Getting around your account
Along the top of every account page is a row of tabs, ordered by how often you'll need them during a sale:
- Overview — this dashboard.
- My bids — what you're bidding on right now, plus your full history.
- Watchlist — lots you're keeping an eye on.
- Wins — what you've won.
- My auctions — the sales you're registered for and the terms you accepted.
- Payment methods — cards on file.
- Emails — which notifications you receive.
- Profile — your name, phone, address and password.
Each of these has its own help article in this section. If a page ever seems empty, it usually just means you haven't done that thing yet — a brand-new account starts with nothing on most tabs.
