Your bids and history

Two tabs keep track of everything you've bid on: My bids for what's live now, and your bid history for everything that's happened.

My bids

My bids shows the lots you're actively bidding on, grouped by sale and ordered so the next lot to close is at the top. It's the page to keep open during a closing night — you can see at a glance where you're leading and where you've been outbid, without hunting through the catalogue.

Your history

From My bids you can open your full history — every bid you've ever placed. You can filter it by outcome:

  • Still bidding — lots that are open with your bid in play.
  • Won — lots you took.
  • Lost — lots someone outbid you on.
  • Retracted — the rare case where a bid was withdrawn.

Everything here is your own activity only — nobody else can see it, and your maximum bids stay private.

Download a copy

You can export your history to a spreadsheet (CSV) file if you like a record of your own — for your books, or just to keep. It's the same information you see on screen, in a file you can open in any spreadsheet program.

Where you're registered: My auctions

Related to your bidding is the My auctions tab. It lists every sale you've registered for and whether you're currently clear to bid in each one, and it flags open sales you haven't registered for yet — so you don't discover you're not registered ninety seconds before a lot closes.

From My auctions you can also re-read the exact terms of sale you accepted for any sale, exactly as they were when you agreed to them.
