A real phone number, a real address and real hours. During removal week the phone is busy; email gets a faster answer.

Last updated August 3, 2026

This is stand-in copy. It shipped with the software and nobody has replaced it yet. The structure is right and the tone is ours, but every number, address, hour and promise below was invented to fill the space. Do not let this page take a real bid. Rewrite it in Settings › Static pages, and delete this paragraph when you do.

Talk to somebody

Phone: [PHONE]
Email: [GENERAL EMAIL]
Office hours: [DAYS], [HOURS] [TIMEZONE]

During inspection and removal weeks the phone is answered by whoever is nearest to it, which may be somebody driving a forklift. Email gets a faster and more accurate answer.

Where to find us

[STREET ADDRESS]
[CITY], [STATE] [ZIP]

Inspection and removal are by the hours listed on each auction page, not by these ones. Some sales happen at the seller's site rather than ours — check the auction page before you drive.

Writing in about a lot

Include the sale name and the lot number. "The green one on the second row" is a lovely description of a forklift and we have four of them. With a lot number we can answer in one reply instead of three.

We cannot tell you what a reserve is, and we cannot tell you what anybody else has bid.

Selling with us

[CONSIGNMENT EMAIL], or call and ask for [NAME]. Tell us what you have, roughly how much of it, and when the building has to be empty.

Invoices and payments

[ACCOUNTS EMAIL]. Quote the invoice number — it is at the top of the invoice and in the subject line of every email about it.
