What to Contact Us About

An invoice or a payment. Include your invoice number and we can help you fastest. If you're going to have trouble paying by your deadline, tell us before the deadline — we work with buyers who communicate.

Pickup or shipping. Questions about your scheduled pickup, sending someone to collect on your behalf, or shipping for an item you've won. If you can't make a scheduled pickup, contact us before or during the pickup window — not after.

An item that isn't as described. All items are sold as is, where is, per our Terms of Use — but we take listing accuracy seriously. If you believe an item materially differs from its description, tell us within [3] days of pickup or delivery, with photographs, and we will review it.

Consigning items to a future auction. Email us a short list of what you have, with a few photos if possible, and we'll get back to you about whether and when we can sell it.
