Signing in
Once your account exists, signing in is how you get back to your bids, watchlist, wins and invoices.
How to sign in
- Go to Sign in (the link is in the site header, and on any page that asks you to log in).
- Enter the email and password you registered with.
- Tick Keep me signed in if you're on your own device and want to stay logged in between visits. Leave it unticked on a shared or public computer.
- Complete the quick human check if it appears, then press Sign in.
If it won't let you in
- Double-check the email. Use the same address you registered with.
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page to reset it — see Resetting your password.
- Too many tries? For your security, we slow down repeated failed attempts for a short while. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password if you're not sure of it.
Staying secure
- Keep me signed in is convenient on a device only you use. On any shared computer, leave it off and sign out when you're done.
- If you ever reset your password, we sign you out everywhere else automatically — so if you think someone else got into your account, resetting your password locks them out.
