Booking a pickup slot
If you're collecting your items in person, use the Pickup page in your account to book a time. It shows every sale you still have items to collect from, along with the collection calendar.
How to book
- Open Pickup in your account.
- Find the sale, and note its removal deadline at the top of the card — this is when the collection window closes.
- Pick an available time. Times are grouped by day and shown in the sale's timezone (with your own local time alongside), so you always know whose clock it is.
- Add a short note if it helps the warehouse plan — for example, "bringing a 20ft trailer, will need the forklift."
- Confirm. You'll get a message telling you exactly when you're booked in.
Full slots are shown but can't be chosen — pick another time if your first choice is taken.
Changing or cancelling
- Change your time by booking a new slot; you can choose to release the old one at the same time. The system books the new slot first and only then frees the old one, so you're never left with nothing.
- Cancel a booking from the same page. When you do, we remind you of the removal deadline so you don't forget to rebook — a cancelled slot leaves you with no collection time and the clock still running.
- If you're collecting a lot of lots and need more than one trip, you can hold more than one slot.
Don't miss the deadline
The removal window is the harshest term in the sale — items left after it can be forfeited. So book a slot inside the window, and if you cancel, rebook before the deadline. The date is repeated on your pickup page and in the message after any cancellation precisely because it matters so much.
If the collection window has closed and you never booked, the page can't help any further — contact the auction house at the number shown to work something out.
